Jim graduated with a Bachelors degree in marketing from the University of Southern California, and also holds a master’s degree in Japanese Business Studies from Chaminade University. He has since worked as a marketing and business development executive in Tokyo, Los Angeles and in Hawaii, for well over 20 years. Jim possesses strong negotiation skills, loves working with all types of people, and possesses bilingual Japanese communication skills.
In addition to specializing in residential real estate here on Oahu, he is also an active investor, and experienced in the vacation rental business as well. Jim also has a strong background in interior design and renovation. He can assist you in not only finding the right property, or in upgrading and preparing a home for sale, but also provide guidance and support on how to develop a passive income stream from real estate in Hawaii. That is one of Jim’s true passions!
